Return & Refund Policy

At Chai Culture, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality tea blends, and your satisfaction matters to us.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), we cannot accept returns once the packaging is opened.
However, if your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chaiculturewny@gmail.com so that we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return (for non-perishable or non-consumable items such as accessories or merchandise), your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
9400 Transit road, East Amherst, 14051, New York.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds or Replacements

Once we review your claim, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on the situation.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at chaiculturewny@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as tea, food, flowers, or plants) once opened

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
